Subscriptions are monthly and prepaid, with no free trial. Stripe processes payments automatically. The first billing cycle starts when payment is received and renews monthly from that date until cancelled. Published prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Only active users count towards plan limits, including administrators, managers, cleaners and clients; pending invitations, suspended users and archived users are excluded. Upgrades apply immediately, with the price difference prorated for the remaining days. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal; active users must first be reduced to the lower plan’s limit.
Cancel renewal at any time through Settings → Company → Subscription status. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and access continues to the end of the paid cycle. No refund is offered for unused time following ordinary voluntary cancellation. This does not affect the unused-period refunds for cancellation because of a materially disadvantageous change under section 11, termination by MopTrack without Customer breach under section 13, or rights and remedies required by law. After a failed renewal payment, customers have seven days to resolve payment before account access is suspended.
After the paid subscription ends, customers have 30 days of read-only access to view and export records. Customers are responsible for saving their records before this period ends. Workspace data, including backups, is deleted by the end of that period, subject to required legal retention.
Support and privacy contact: support@moptrack.com. General support hours: Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm Melbourne time, excluding Victorian public holidays. No fixed general-support response time. Privacy response target: 30 calendar days. Price increases and significant terms changes: 30 days’ advance notice by email. Governing law: Victoria, Australia.
1 Parties and scope
These terms are between MopTrack Pty Ltd, ABN 32 703 629 985 (MopTrack, we, us), and the business identified in the accepted order or account registration (Customer, you). A person accepting for a business confirms that they are authorised to bind it.
The agreement consists of these terms and the order or plan details expressly accepted by both parties. A negotiated order may vary an identified clause only where the variation is explicit. The Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling and does not constitute blanket consent to unrelated uses.
The Customer must make the applicable user rules available to everyone it authorises to access its workspace. A client or cleaner receiving an invitation does not become the paying subscriber merely by accepting it.
2 The service
MopTrack provides tools for tasks, recurring schedules, rosters, requests, pre-build services, photographs, job records and reports, according to the selected plan and permissions. We grant the Customer a non-exclusive right to use the service for its business during the agreed term, subject to these terms.
The Customer chooses how to use MopTrack and manages its own day-to-day operations. MopTrack does not direct or supervise the Customer’s cleaning work or make operational decisions on its behalf. The Customer and its cleaning providers remain responsible for delivering and supervising cleaning services, employment and contractor arrangements, site safety and client contracts. Use of the software does not make MopTrack an employer, cleaning provider or party to those service contracts. This does not limit our obligations in supplying the software.
3 Orders and commercial details
Before a paid subscription begins, the accepted order must identify the plan, included features, user limit, currency, GST treatment, billing frequency, start date, minimum term if any, renewal arrangements and cancellation method. Additional charges require a disclosed basis and acceptance.

Only active users count towards subscription limits. Pending invitations, suspended users and archived users are excluded.
4 Account administration
The Customer appoints administrators to manage invitations, permissions, site access and account removal. It must provide accurate account information, use appropriate access controls and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access.
Users must use their own authorised account, protect credentials and avoid sharing access with unauthorised people. Administrators must remove or suspend access when it is no longer required. The Customer is responsible for reasonable administration of its users; this does not excuse a security failure caused by MopTrack.
5 Acceptable use
Users must not use the service unlawfully, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt other customers, falsify approvals or records, or upload material they have no right to use. Users must not use the service to harass others or expose unrelated personal information.
The Customer must provide appropriate notices and obtain any permissions required for staff records, site photography, monitoring activities and information about tenants, clients or other people. Do not upload identity documents, health details, access credentials or other sensitive material unless it is necessary, lawful and supported by the agreed service.
We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action under section 13. Restrictions must not prevent uses or rights protected by applicable law.
6 Cleaning requests and pre build approvals
Cleaning prices and payment obligations are between the cleaning provider and its client. The provider is responsible for accurate scope, pricing, tax settings and invoices. MopTrack subscription fees are separate.
A client requesting a pre-build must be shown the applicable scope, fixed or hourly price, minimum charge and GST treatment before confirming the request. A manager acting for a client must have authority and retain evidence of approval. An uploaded document records the evidence supplied; MopTrack does not independently authenticate it.
The accepted pricing snapshot applies to that job. Later catalogue changes do not automatically change it. Any variation to the agreed scope or charges must be authorised by the relevant parties and recorded appropriately.
7 Hours charges and reports
For hourly pre-builds, the report applies the accepted rate to the greater of the accepted minimum hours and separately recorded billable hours. If hours have not been recorded, the accepted minimum charge is used and identified as such. The Customer must confirm the charge and record additional hours accurately before invoicing.
A minimum charge is not a statement that the minimum hours were actually worked. Completion status, timestamps, photos and notes are records entered or generated through the service, not independent certification of attendance, work quality or legal compliance.
Reports can support invoices but are not themselves tax invoices or evidence that payment was processed. Customers must check their records and correct errors. These responsibilities do not remove any obligation we have to provide software that performs as represented.
8 Customer content and intellectual property
The Customer and other rights holders retain their rights in uploaded records, photographs, documents and other content. They grant MopTrack permission to host, copy, process and disclose that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and support the service, follow lawful instructions and meet legal obligations.
MopTrack and its licensors retain rights in the application, its design and software. The Customer must not resell the service or copy protected software except where agreed or permitted by law.
MopTrack does not use Customer content for public marketing, sell it to third parties or use it for unrelated model training or data mining. The service licence above does not authorise those activities.
9 Privacy confidentiality and service providers
Each party must comply with privacy and confidentiality obligations that apply to it. MopTrack will handle personal information as described in the Privacy Policy and any agreed data-handling schedule. The Customer must give lawful instructions and make required notices available to affected individuals.
Each party must protect the other’s confidential information and restrict access to people and service providers who need it and are subject to appropriate obligations. This does not prevent disclosure required by law, but notice should be given where lawful and practicable.
Customer database records are stored in Microsoft SQL Server hosted on Microsoft Azure. Uploaded photographs and documents are stored on Microsoft Azure. MopTrack accesses or uses Customer content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and support the service, follow the Customer’s lawful instructions or meet legal obligations. MopTrack does not use Customer content for data mining or unrelated purposes. MopTrack will use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect Customer data against unauthorised access, use, disclosure, alteration or loss.
10 Availability support and backups
We will provide the service with due care and skill and use reasonable efforts to maintain availability. Internet access, devices and third-party services may affect access. Planned maintenance may be necessary, and we will give reasonable notice where practicable.
Support is available through support@moptrack.com during Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm Melbourne time, excluding Victorian public holidays. No fixed response time is promised for general support.
Notification delivery may be delayed or affected by device settings and connectivity. The Customer must use appropriate direct communication for urgent work and safety matters. Keeping independent copies of critical records is sensible and does not relieve MopTrack of its own agreed backup, security or statutory duties.
11 Fees disputed amounts and price changes
The Customer must pay undisputed fees according to the accepted order. If it reasonably disputes an amount, it must notify us with details; both parties will work promptly to resolve it. We will not use a genuine dispute alone as a basis to impose disproportionate penalties or suspend unaffected paid services.
For changes to an ongoing plan’s fees or material scope, we will give 30 days advance notice. Changes apply prospectively. Where a change materially disadvantages the Customer, it may end the affected subscription before the change takes effect without an additional cancellation penalty, with a refund of prepaid subscription fees attributable to the unused period after the affected subscription ends. To exercise this right, the Customer may contact support@moptrack.com before the change takes effect. We will confirm the subscription end date and the refund. This does not limit rights or remedies required by law.
12 Cancellation and refunds
The Customer can cancel renewal at any time using Settings → Company → Subscription status. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid monthly billing cycle. We will confirm the effective date, any final undisputed charges and the available export period.
A trial or free-access arrangement must disclose its duration, limits and any proposed conversion before acceptance. It must not become a paid subscription without the Customer’s informed agreement to the payment arrangements.
13 Suspension and termination
Either party may terminate for a material breach that the other party fails to remedy within seven calendar days after written notice describing the breach. A serious breach incapable of remedy may justify earlier termination, subject to applicable law.
We may promptly restrict affected access where reasonably necessary to address a security threat, unlawful activity or an immediate material risk. Restrictions must be proportionate, limited to what is necessary and reviewed promptly. We will explain the reason and restoration steps unless doing so would be unlawful or create a security risk.
Suspension for overdue undisputed fees requires notice and a reasonable opportunity to pay. We will restore access once the reason for suspension is resolved. If MopTrack ends a subscription without a breach by the Customer, we will refund the prepaid subscription fees attributable to the unused period after termination takes effect. This does not limit any rights or remedies required by law. MopTrack may end a subscription without a Customer breach by giving at least 30 calendar days’ written notice. The notice will state the termination date. The unused prepaid period will be refunded as described above, and the export and retention arrangements in section 14 will apply. After a failed renewal payment, customers have seven days to resolve payment before account access is suspended.
14 Export retention and closure
The Customer may choose to export its records using the available export and report functions. Exporting is optional. The Customer is responsible for saving any records it wishes to keep before the 30-calendar-day export period ends.
Read-only access to view and export records remains available for 30 calendar days after the paid subscription ends, subject to necessary security or legal restrictions. At the end of that period, workspace records are deleted, whether or not the Customer has exported them, subject to required legal retention. This period starts when the paid subscription ends; it is not triggered by a lack of logins during an active paid subscription. Deletion includes backup copies.
Archiving or removing a user’s access does not automatically erase historical records. Personal-information access, correction and deletion requests are handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Retention commitments must match the actual storage and deletion process.
15 Statutory rights and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right, guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. A business customer may have those rights.
Any agreed limit must explain its scope, preserve non-excludable rights and address appropriate exceptions such as fraud, wilful misconduct, confidentiality breaches and misuse of personal information. Liability for loss should reflect each party’s contribution and reasonable mitigation. No general customer indemnity is included in these terms.
16 Changes to these terms
We may propose changes with 30 days advance notice and explain their effect. Material changes do not operate retrospectively. Where a material change disadvantages the Customer, it may end the affected service before the change takes effect on fair prepaid-fee terms. Urgent changes required by law or necessary security measures may need shorter notice, with an explanation where practicable.
Material changes to these terms require explicit acceptance in the app by an authorised representative of the Customer. We will present the revised terms and an explanation of the changes before requesting acceptance, and retain a dated copy of each version together with a record of who accepted it and when. Silence or continued use alone will not count as acceptance. The Customer may decline the changes and contact support@moptrack.com to exercise its cancellation rights described above.
17 Complaints disputes and governing law
Contact support@moptrack.com with a description of a dispute and the outcome sought. Both parties should first attempt to resolve it in good faith. If the dispute remains unresolved 30 calendar days after receipt of written notice, the parties may agree to mediation. This process does not prevent urgent court relief, a regulator complaint or exercise of statutory rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any jurisdiction clause must preserve rights to use courts, tribunals and consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be restricted.
Formal notices may be sent to support@moptrack.com and the Customer’s nominated contact. MopTrack will send an automatic acknowledgement confirming receipt of emails from Customers. This acknowledgement confirms receipt only; it is not a substantive response or agreement to the contents of the email. For either party, an emailed formal notice is treated as received when it reaches the recipient’s nominated email address and is capable of being retrieved. If this occurs after 5 pm or on a day that is not a working day at the recipient’s location, the notice is treated as received on the next working day at that location. For this purpose, working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays at the recipient’s location, and times are local to that location. Opening the email or sending a reply is not required. An automatic acknowledgement confirms receipt but is not a condition of receipt.
