A simpler way to keep track.
How can I access MopTrack on my phone?
Use the MopTrack iPhone app to access your jobs, scan area QR codes and record updates. You can also sign in through a web browser. Your role and assigned sites determine the work you can access.
What can clients see and do?
Clients see only their assigned sites, can request additional cleaning, and can review progress and reports. Administrators choose which task details, cleaner names and notes are visible.
What happens when work cannot be completed?
The cleaner marks the visit incomplete and records a comment, giving the team a clear reason to follow up.
Can I archive work without losing its history?
Management can archive tasks and restore them later. Admins can also archive an entire site, pausing its recurring schedules while keeping records and photos. Archived tasks and sites are hidden from clients.
How do I get access?
Sign in to access your workspace. Your workspace administrator assigns your role and sites. The prices above are our launch plans. New company registration and paid subscriptions are not available yet.
