What is MopTrack

MopTrack is cleaning operations software supplied by MopTrack Pty Ltd. It brings tasks, recurring schedules, staff rosters, client requests, job records and reports into one workspace. Your cleaning provider remains responsible for delivering its cleaning services.

Who can use MopTrack

A business administrator grants access to managers, supervisors, cleaners and clients. Access depends on each person’s role, assigned sites and the permissions selected by the administrator.

How do I get access

Ask your workspace administrator for an invitation. Sign in with the email address to which the invitation was sent and follow the acceptance steps. If a link has expired or your access has changed, ask the administrator to issue a new invitation or review your permissions.

Can I use MopTrack on my phone

MopTrack has apps for iPhone and Android, which will be listed as MopTrack on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You can also use MopTrack through a supported browser on your phone or computer. Camera permission is needed when scanning QR codes or taking photos in the app.

What can cleaners and clients see

Cleaners see work permitted by their site access and assignment settings. Clients see information for their assigned sites, with request, reporting and task-detail access controlled by the administrator. Visibility of names, notes and other details can be restricted.

How do tasks and rosters work

Managers create and assign tasks, recurring schedules and staff shifts. Staff can update permitted jobs as work progresses. Administrators should keep access, dates and assignments current and communicate important changes directly when necessary.

Can I print a roster

Yes. Choose the Day, Week or Month calendar view and the required date range, select Shifts for a staff roster, and use Print / PDF. You can print it or save a PDF. Check the preview for page breaks before posting a roster.

What is the difference between client requests and pre builds

Client requests are ordinary requests sent by a client. Pre-builds are additional services with an agreed scope and fixed or hourly pricing. The dedicated Client requests only filter excludes pre-builds, while Pre-builds only shows pre-build jobs.

How are pre build charges agreed

The cleaning provider sets the service, scope, pricing, minimum hours and GST treatment. Clients confirm the displayed terms when requesting a pre-build. When a manager creates a pre-build on a client’s behalf, the manager must confirm the client’s approval and attach supporting approval evidence.

How do hourly minimums work

The report uses the hourly rate and minimum charge accepted for that job. For example, AUD 62 per hour with a four-hour minimum is AUD 248 before GST. If 10% GST applies, the total is AUD 272.80. A minimum charge still applies when separately entered hours are below the minimum or are missing. Longer recorded hours increase the charge. A minimum charge is not proof that four hours were worked.

Can later price changes alter an existing job

A pre-build keeps the pricing accepted when it was requested or created. Later catalogue changes apply to new requests. Contact the cleaning provider about changes to an existing job’s scope or agreed charges.

Is a completion report an invoice

A completion report records completed jobs and can support the cleaning provider’s invoice. It is not, by itself, a tax invoice or confirmation that payment has been collected. The provider must check the scope, approvals, hours and tax treatment before invoicing.

What happens when work cannot be completed

An authorised user records the job’s status and any relevant comment so the team can follow up. Statuses, photographs and timestamps reflect the records entered into the system; they do not independently certify the standard of work or physical attendance.

Can I download reports

Authorised users can download the reports available to their plan and role, including supported CSV and Print / PDF outputs. A report export is not necessarily a full export of every file and database record. For account-closure exports, contact support@moptrack.com and see the application terms.

Who counts towards a subscription limit

Only active users count, including cleaners, managers, administrators and clients. Pending invitations, suspended users and archived users are excluded.

What does a subscription cost

See homepage launch pricing. Paid subscriptions are not yet available on this site. Subscriptions are monthly and prepaid, with no free trial. Stripe processes payments automatically. The first billing cycle starts when payment is received and renews monthly from that date until cancelled. Published prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Only active users count towards plan limits, including administrators, managers, cleaners and clients; pending invitations, suspended users and archived users are excluded. Upgrades apply immediately, with the price difference prorated for the remaining days. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal; active users must first be reduced to the lower plan’s limit.

Can I cancel or change my plan

Cancel through Settings → Company → Subscription status. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and access continues to the end of the paid cycle. No refund is offered for unused time following voluntary cancellation, subject to rights and remedies required by law. After a failed renewal payment, customers have seven days to resolve payment before account access is suspended. Subscriptions are monthly and prepaid, with no free trial. Where is information stored

MopTrack stores its database on Microsoft Azure using SQL Server. Uploaded photos and documents are also stored on Microsoft Azure. For details about how we handle personal information, see MopTrack’s Privacy Policy.

What happens when a staff member leaves

An administrator should promptly remove or suspend that person’s access and review their assignments. Removing access does not necessarily erase their name, comments or other information from existing job and audit records. Contact support@moptrack.com about personal-information requests.

Does archiving delete information

No. Archiving hides or retires an item while preserving its history for authorised use. Account closure, personal-information deletion requests and backup retention follow the separate retention arrangements in the Privacy Policy and application terms.
